Maestro MRPII is an application supporting the production management created to work with software Symfonia Forte. The solution focuses on a majority of production areas:

Safety and maintenance
Maestro MRPII possesses its own system of rights which enables users to define the positions (a group of rights) for business functionality. Particular users or positions may be limited the access to some printouts and registers, e.g. to information about materials or stock costs suppliers.

The automatic update through the Internet is possible; however the update concerns only modules which need to be updated.  

Database
There is one database for this system and Handel Forte (Microsoft SQL Server 2005), which is useful since all the information about orders from consumers is seen in production module and production department can monitor all the warehouses operated by Symfonia Handel.  

The most visible advantage is automatic stock settlement of ready-made goods and used materials. The system creates documents like RW and PW in recommended warehouses. 

There are no connectors or exchange files. In result, operating costs of the system are lower. The communication with orders and stock economy module is only by means of business structures.

The strong points of Maestro MRPII are:

Developed assortment syste m - a lot of parameters and qualities to register assortment in a file, and during definition of elements in a file (ready-made goods, semi-finished products, materials, wastes, rejects and packaging)

Flexible construction of assortment - the assortment stores various functionalities of the same objects. It enables the processing of the same objects as ready-made goods and rejects, wastes and packaging, and semi-finished products. 

Technology - there is a support of a technical preparation of production, as well as technological files. It includes a description of the operation of a norm for a stand, as well as of the operation on goods. The graphic illustration of a technological process makes it easier to create complicated and dependent sequences of production in a production process.  

Features of products - operating structures and technology seems to be easier, depending on the description of a product quality, the production of similar products with different size, colours and types is simplified. 

Multilevel production settlement - the production report enables user to register some products becoming available
There are additional costs like cost of the machine and labour attributed to the order. The whole is completed with settlement of materials used in a specific order.

Advanced rights system - there is a configuration of rights on functionality level as well as elements of the user’s interface. Each element of the interface is authorized for a particular user during files opening and may occur in 3 stages: no access, view, and editing.

Personalization of the interface - there is a possibility for each user to have an individual menu as well as to monitor particular modules.
