Production for Symfonia
Why in a situation when we create something new sometimes a new code/name must be registered, and sometimes it is already registered?
It results from the specific tasks of Symfonia (it doesn’t accept empty names).
Registration of new records of assortment is suggested in Symfonia Handel Forte.
Minimum hardware and software requirements:
Hardware requirements for work stations:
- Processor: Pentium III, AMD Athlon 1GHz, Intel Celeron over 800 MHz

- Internet browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer
- It is suggested to install the latest set of adjustments for operating system like Service Packs.
Is your production able to plan “ahead” and “backward”?
Yes. The algorithms of planning are installed in Maestro, which allows to estimate the end of production when parameters
are given, as well as to estimate when production should begin in order to be ready before deadline.
The Maestro standard does not operate APS
SFC
This application is used for quality-quantity settlement of production taking into consideration materials, machines,
and human resources.
In order to simplify and accelerate the production settlement, we prepared a module for orders settlement with a
bard-code reader. One of the operators records produced goods, operations, used machines and job work time of workers.
The system settles appropriate orders automatically, generates the documents RW and PW in a predefined warehouses.
The module is available as an application ASP.NET 2.0.
Assortments
The module Assortments is an extension of goods’ file from Symfonia Handel Forte of additional parameters
used in production process
The general factor of this module is the possibility to attribute features to each assortment, and automatic coding of
the indexes according to specific features.
Each good can be given a type defining it in a production process: ready-made good, semi-finished product, material,
raw material, and packaging. Moreover, there is a possibility of defining some additional parameters used in production:
substitutes, weight, additional units.
The Assortments’ module is synchronized with a good’s file in Symfonia Handel Forte.
Any changes in file is automatically seen in both systems.
Technology -
TPP (Technical preparation of production)
Application makes technological tree available Due to this fact, it is possible to create advanced, multilevel
technologies and production BOM’s.
The components of the operation of technology have specific gross quantity (for demand) as well as standard waste.
A substitute can be attributed to any component of the operation, in a way of one-on-one or the set of substitutes for
a specific technology. Each component may have arbitrary number of attachments like arbitrary files, e.g. PDF, xls, DWG.
Production implementation
The module Production implementation allows settlement of planned production as well as verification of used materials
and resources.
When a quantity of fulfilled operations of orders is established, the system automatically settles the work done by
machines and workers, and informs about the quantity of used components by creating appropriate documents RW and PW in
Symfonia Handel Forte.
Production Plan
The module Production plan creates automatically the production plan due to division of operation- Production
Orders into working stands.
Thanks to optimal algorithms there is a possibility to give an exact date when production starts and is
finished.
There is a dynamic Gantt’s diagram which enables to change the priorities of Orders, move the operations
between the stands, blocking and changing the parameters of operation.
When the system divides Production Orders among different stands, it automatically matches the machines
with staff appropriate for planned operations. What is possible is an exact analysis of load of resources
(machines and workers) at a specific moment in a production plan.
The production plan is presented in a form of 2 Gantt’s diagrams:
* Stands planning- the view of load of particular stands with operations of Production Orders.
* Production Orders monitoring - the view of operations of particular Production Orders.
